Suspicious activity and monitoring

We may monitor usage patterns to detect fraud, abuse, or unusual access. If we suspect account sharing or unauthorized use, we may require verification, restrict access, reset credentials, suspend features, or suspend/terminate the account.

Pricing and taxes

Prices for courses, subscriptions, and services are shown at checkout, in the currency displayed. Taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax) may apply based on your billing address and local rules. We may change prices at any time, but changes apply only to future purchases or renewals where permitted.

Payments and providers

You must pay using the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorise us and our providers to charge your selected method for the amount shown, including applicable taxes. You are responsible for any bank, card, or currency conversion fees your provider charges.

Instalments and missed payments

If an instalment plan is offered, you must pay each instalment on its due date. Access may be limited if a payment fails or is overdue. We may retry the charge, request an updated payment method, apply late fees where permitted, and suspend or terminate access until all overdue amounts are paid. You remain responsible for the full balance.

Refunds and transfers

24-hour change-of-mind window

If you change your mind, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. The 24-hour period starts at the time your payment is confirmed.

Eligibility checks

We may verify your purchase and account details before approving a refund. Refunds may be declined if access has been materially used, content has been downloaded, or misuse is suspected.

After 24 hours

";
After the 24-hour window, change-of-mind purchases are normally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered where required by applicable law, where a duplicate payment was made, where access was not delivered, or where a serious technical fault caused by ExamCure prevents meaningful use of the purchased service.

Transfers instead of refunds

";
If you accidentally purchase the wrong ExamCure course, you may request a transfer within 48 hours of payment. Transfers are subject to approval, course availability, limited prior usage, and payment of any price difference. A transfer is normally permitted only once per purchase and does not create a cash refund if the replacement course costs less.

How to request a refund

Send refund or course-transfer requests to manager@examcure.com within the applicable request period. Include your full name, the email address used at checkout, course name, order reference, purchase date and time, and the reason for your request. We may request additional verification and review course-usage records. Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.

Trusted Success Guarantee

Our Trusted Success Guarantee is a support-based commitment. If you meet all conditions and still do not achieve the stated outcome, we will provide additional support options as described below. This is not a cash-back guarantee.

Conditions to qualify

To be eligible, you must: use your own account; stay enrolled and in good standing; complete the required lessons, practice, and assessments; follow our study plan and guidance; and submit your request within the stated time window after completion.

Evidence we may require

We may ask for proof of completion and effort, such as course progress records, assessment results, study logs, screenshots, and relevant exam booking or result documents. We may decline requests with incomplete, altered, or inconsistent evidence.

Not a cash-back guarantee

";
The Trusted Success Guarantee does not provide cash refunds, cash compensation, or reimbursement of external costs (including exam fees or travel). Any remedy is limited to the support option(s) we offer under this guarantee, and may be subject to availability.

Personal-use licence

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our website, courses, question banks, videos, notes, and other materials for your personal study and exam preparation only. You may not share access, sublicense, or use our materials for any commercial purpose.

Intellectual property

All content and materials we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes text, graphics, logos, recordings, assessments, explanations, and course structure. Except for the personal-use licence above, no rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise.

Acceptable use and enforcement

You must not copy, download, scrape, record, translate, sell, resell, publish, or redistribute our materials, in whole or part. You must not use our content to train or improve any AI or machine-learning model. We may investigate suspected misuse, remove access, suspend or terminate accounts, and take legal action where appropriate.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our courses, question banks, tutoring, and guidance are for education only. They do not replace professional medical training, clinical supervision, employer policies, or official exam materials.

Education and exam disclaimers

We do not guarantee exam results, passing scores, job placement, licensing, or outcomes. Your results depend on your background, study time, and exam conditions. Any success examples are illustrative only.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost data, exam fees, or loss of opportunity. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service (or, if required, resupply of the service).

Suspension, Termination and Remedies

We may suspend or terminate your access to your account, courses, or services if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, misused the service, or created risk for our learners, instructors, or systems.

Grounds for suspension or termination

This may include: non-payment or chargebacks; sharing login details; cheating or tampering with assessments; harassment or unlawful content; attempts to bypass security; suspected fraud; repeated policy breaches; or any other material breach of these Terms.

What happens on termination

On suspension or termination, you must stop using the service. We may remove or limit access to content and records as required by law and to protect the service. Termination does not usually entitle you to a refund, unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Remedies and enforcement

We may take steps we consider reasonable to protect our rights and learners, including restricting access, removing content, withholding certificates where misconduct is involved, and pursuing legal or equitable remedies. You remain responsible for all outstanding fees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws and regulations applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you agree to contact us first and try to resolve it informally in good faith. If not resolved, either party may proceed with formal action in the courts of UAE, subject to applicable mandatory rights.

Consumer Rights and Complaints
