Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ExamCure website, learner accounts, courses, question banks, mock examinations, educational resources and related services.

Please read these Terms before using ExamCure. By creating an account, enrolling in a service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law are not excluded by these Terms.

1. About ExamCure

ExamCure provides online educational resources intended to help healthcare professionals, graduates, students and examination candidates prepare for licensing, residency-entry, professional and board examinations.

In these Terms, “ExamCure”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ExamCure as the operator of the website and learning services. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing or using ExamCure.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to manager@examcure.com.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the website, creating an account, enrolling in a free resource or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account, complete a purchase or use restricted ExamCure services.

These Terms operate together with information displayed on the applicable course page, programme page, checkout page, invoice, promotional offer and related policies. If a specific written term presented at checkout is more favourable to you, that specific term will apply to the relevant purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

3. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to independently create an ExamCure account or purchase a service.

If you use ExamCure on behalf of an employer, institution or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You must provide accurate information and must not create an account using another person’s identity or payment details without lawful authority.

4. ExamCure educational services

ExamCure services may include:

  • online courses and structured preparation programmes;
  • question banks and practice questions;
  • mock examinations and assessments;
  • video, audio and written lessons;
  • downloadable notes, study guides and revision materials;
  • free samples and lead-generation resources;
  • live or recorded sessions where expressly offered;
  • learning-progress and certificate functions; and
  • learner support related to ExamCure services.

The exact features, content, access period and price of a service are those shown on the relevant product page or checkout page at the time of purchase.

ExamCure may organise, update, replace or improve educational material during an access period, provided that the purchased service retains substantially equivalent educational purpose and value.

5. Learner accounts

5.1 Account information

You must provide accurate, current and complete account information. You are responsible for updating information when it changes.

5.2 Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Notify ExamCure promptly at manager@examcure.com if you suspect unauthorised access, account compromise or misuse.

5.3 Personal accounts only

Unless ExamCure expressly agrees otherwise in writing, an account is personal to one learner. You must not:

  • share login credentials;
  • allow another person to use your account;
  • transfer, sell, rent or sublicense your account;
  • operate one account for multiple learners; or
  • circumvent device, session or access controls.

5.4 Verification

ExamCure may request reasonable verification where account sharing, fraud, payment misuse or unauthorised access is suspected. Verification requests will be limited to information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

6. Pricing, currencies and taxes

The price and currency applicable to a purchase are shown during checkout. Prices may vary between services, promotions, regions, currencies or purchase dates.

ExamCure may change prices prospectively. A later price change does not alter the confirmed price of a completed one-time purchase.

Taxes may apply according to the transaction, customer information and applicable requirements. Where required, taxes will be included in the displayed price or added during checkout.

Your bank, card issuer or payment service may charge currency conversion, international transaction or other fees. Such external fees are not controlled by ExamCure.

7. Payments and order confirmation

You must use one of the payment methods displayed during checkout. Payment processing may be provided by an independent payment provider.

By submitting a payment, you confirm that:

  • the payment and billing information supplied is accurate;
  • you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
  • you authorise the amount displayed at checkout to be charged; and
  • you will not initiate a dishonest or abusive payment dispute.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved and ExamCure issues confirmation or activates access. ExamCure may cancel or review an order where payment fails, pricing is clearly erroneous, fraud is suspected or the service cannot lawfully be provided.

Never send complete card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, one-time banking passwords or online-banking passwords to ExamCure by email or live chat.

8. Course delivery and access

8.1 Electronic delivery

ExamCure services are delivered electronically through the learner account or another method expressly described at purchase.

8.2 Activation

Access may be activated immediately or after payment confirmation, account review or another reasonable operational check.

8.3 Access period

The access period is the period shown on the relevant product or checkout page. Access may begin on the purchase date, activation date or another date expressly stated in writing.

A statement of “lifetime access” applies only when it is expressly stated for the specific purchase. Unless otherwise stated, “lifetime” refers to the commercially reasonable lifetime of the relevant ExamCure service, not the learner’s natural lifetime.

8.4 Technical requirements

You are responsible for maintaining a suitable device, supported browser, internet connection and any software reasonably required to access the service.

8.5 Downloadable materials

Download permission does not transfer ownership. Downloaded resources remain subject to the personal-use licence and intellectual-property restrictions in these Terms.

9. Refunds, cancellations and course transfers

9.1 Twenty-four-hour change-of-mind request

Unless a product page or checkout page states a more favourable policy, you may request cancellation and a refund within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Refund eligibility may be affected where:

  • a material proportion of the service has been accessed or completed;
  • substantial downloadable content has been downloaded;
  • course materials have been copied or misused;
  • the request appears fraudulent or abusive; or
  • another stated and lawful exclusion applies.

These restrictions do not override a mandatory right available under applicable law.

9.2 Requests after 24 hours

After the 24-hour period, change-of-mind purchases are normally non-refundable unless:

  • a refund is required under applicable law;
  • a duplicate charge was made;
  • ExamCure did not provide the purchased access;
  • a serious technical fault controlled by ExamCure prevents meaningful use and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period; or
  • ExamCure agrees to an exception in writing.

9.3 Purchasing the wrong course

If you accidentally purchase the wrong ExamCure course, you may request a transfer within 48 hours of payment.

A transfer is subject to:

  • course availability;
  • limited prior use of the original course;
  • payment of any positive price difference;
  • approval by ExamCure; and
  • a limit of one transfer per purchase unless agreed otherwise.

If the replacement service costs less, the transfer does not automatically create a cash refund for the difference.

9.4 How to submit a request

Email manager@examcure.com within the applicable request period and include:

  • your full name;
  • the email address used for the purchase;
  • the course or programme name;
  • the order or transaction reference;
  • the purchase date;
  • the reason for the request; and
  • the requested resolution.

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your financial institution.

10. Instalments, subscriptions and recurring payments

This section applies only when an instalment or recurring-payment option is expressly offered during checkout.

You authorise each displayed instalment or recurring payment to be charged on the stated schedule until the payment plan is completed or validly cancelled under the applicable offer.

If a payment fails, ExamCure or the payment provider may:

  • retry the payment;
  • ask you to update the payment method;
  • temporarily restrict access;
  • cancel future access where permitted; or
  • take reasonable steps to recover an outstanding lawful balance.

Suspending access does not automatically cancel an outstanding payment obligation relating to a fixed-price instalment plan.

A recurring subscription will renew only where the recurring nature, billing frequency, price and cancellation method were clearly disclosed during enrolment.

11. Guarantees, promotions and additional support

A success guarantee, access extension, pass-support commitment, promotional bonus or similar benefit applies only when it is expressly displayed on the relevant product or checkout page at the time of your purchase.

Unless expressly described as a refund guarantee, an offer of additional support or extended access is not a promise of a cash refund.

Any such offer may require conditions such as:

  • using only your personal account;
  • remaining in good payment standing;
  • completing specified lessons, questions or assessments;
  • following a stated study plan;
  • submitting a request within a specified period;
  • providing authentic supporting evidence; and
  • meeting other conditions disclosed with the offer.

ExamCure does not reimburse external examination fees, travel expenses, accommodation costs, licensing fees or lost income unless expressly agreed in writing.

12. Personal-use licence

Subject to payment, eligibility and compliance with these Terms, ExamCure grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to access and use the purchased or enrolled content for your personal educational preparation.

This licence does not grant ownership of ExamCure materials and does not permit commercial exploitation, redistribution or use by another person.

13. Intellectual property

ExamCure content and the organisation of that content may be protected by copyright, trademark, database, contractual and other intellectual-property rights belonging to ExamCure or its licensors.

Protected materials may include:

  • course text and explanations;
  • question banks and assessments;
  • videos, audio and recordings;
  • notes, diagrams, tables and study guides;
  • course structure and instructional sequencing;
  • graphics, branding and page designs;
  • software functions and databases; and
  • downloadable and printable resources.

No right is granted except the limited personal-use licence expressly stated in these Terms.

14. Acceptable-use rules

You must not:

  • share, sell, transfer or rent account access;
  • copy or redistribute substantial parts of ExamCure content;
  • record protected videos, live sessions or assessments without permission;
  • publish questions, answers or explanations on another website or platform;
  • scrape, crawl or systematically extract content;
  • use ExamCure content to build a competing product or question bank;
  • use ExamCure content to train, fine-tune, benchmark or improve an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system without written permission;
  • reverse engineer or interfere with platform security;
  • attempt unauthorised access to another account or system;
  • introduce malware or harmful code;
  • use the service for fraud, harassment or unlawful conduct;
  • manipulate learning records, certificates or assessment results;
  • misrepresent ExamCure as affiliated with an examination authority; or
  • upload or disclose confidential examination material in violation of an examination authority’s rules.

Limited quotations may be permitted where required by applicable law, but this does not authorise systematic copying or commercial reuse.

15. Reviews, feedback and other submissions

You retain ownership of original feedback, reviews and other content you submit, subject to rights you grant to ExamCure.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant ExamCure a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, format, display and communicate that content for operating and promoting ExamCure, subject to applicable privacy and consent requirements.

You confirm that submitted content:

  • is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • does not impersonate another person;
  • does not violate confidentiality obligations;
  • does not contain unlawful, defamatory or infringing material;
  • does not include unnecessary patient-identifiable information; and
  • may lawfully be provided to ExamCure.

ExamCure may edit a submission for grammar, length, anonymisation or formatting, but should not materially change its meaning.

ExamCure may decline, remove or stop using a submission. You may contact ExamCure to request withdrawal of a published testimonial, subject to lawful record-retention requirements.

16. Educational and examination disclaimers

16.1 Educational purpose

ExamCure services are educational preparation resources. They do not replace accredited professional education, clinical training, supervision, employer procedures or official examination materials.

16.2 No medical advice

Content is not intended as patient-specific medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Clinical decisions must be based on current professional guidance, authorised references, local requirements and appropriate clinical judgement.

16.3 No guaranteed result

ExamCure does not guarantee:

  • an examination pass;
  • a particular score;
  • eligibility to sit an examination;
  • licensing or registration;
  • employment, promotion or immigration outcomes; or
  • acceptance by an authority, employer or institution.

Results depend on factors including prior education, experience, study effort, examination conditions, authority requirements and individual performance.

16.4 No authority affiliation

Unless expressly and verifiably stated, ExamCure is an independent educational provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of a healthcare regulator, examination authority, licensing authority or professional board.

16.5 Examination information

Examination structures, fees, eligibility rules, passing standards and application requirements may change. You are responsible for verifying current requirements directly with the relevant official authority.

17. Service availability and changes

ExamCure aims to maintain reliable access but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Access may be affected by:

  • maintenance and updates;
  • internet or device problems;
  • third-party platform outages;
  • payment-provider or authentication failures;
  • security incidents;
  • events outside reasonable control; or
  • changes required to maintain accuracy, safety or legality.

ExamCure may replace outdated lessons, correct errors, reorganise content or discontinue a feature. Where a material paid service is discontinued during a valid access period, ExamCure will seek to offer an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law and the circumstances.

18. Suspension and termination

ExamCure may restrict, suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes that:

  • payment is overdue or was reversed;
  • an account is being shared or resold;
  • fraud or unauthorised access has occurred;
  • content is being copied or redistributed;
  • the service or another user is being harmed;
  • security controls are being bypassed;
  • information submitted is materially false;
  • these Terms have been materially or repeatedly breached; or
  • suspension is reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights.

Where appropriate, ExamCure may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue before permanent termination. Immediate restriction may occur where necessary to address fraud, security, illegal activity or serious misuse.

Termination for a material breach does not automatically create a right to a refund. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

19. Responsibility and limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, deliberate misconduct or another category that applicable law prohibits the parties from excluding.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExamCure is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of an educational service, including loss of income, employment opportunity, examination fees, travel costs or business opportunity.

ExamCure is not responsible for:

  • changes made by an examination or licensing authority;
  • the learner’s examination performance;
  • eligibility, licensing, employment or immigration decisions;
  • internet, device or software problems outside ExamCure’s control;
  • unauthorised use caused by a learner’s failure to protect credentials;
  • independent third-party websites or services; or
  • events outside ExamCure’s reasonable control.

Where ExamCure’s liability may lawfully be limited, its total aggregate liability relating to a specific paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not restrict a mandatory refund, repair, repeat performance or other remedy required under applicable consumer law.

20. Privacy and cookies

ExamCure processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in the Cookie Policy.

You must not submit unnecessary patient-identifiable information, confidential clinical records, complete payment-card credentials or another person’s personal information without lawful authority.

21. Changes to these Terms

ExamCure may update these Terms to reflect changes to its services, commercial arrangements, security requirements or applicable law.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through email, the learner account, an in-product message or another appropriate channel.

Changes will not retrospectively remove an accrued mandatory right or alter the confirmed price of a completed one-time purchase.

Where a material change requires express acceptance, ExamCure may ask you to accept the revised Terms before continuing to use restricted services.

22. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.

Before beginning formal proceedings, you and ExamCure should first attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.

Send a written complaint to manager@examcure.com and include:

  • your name and account email;
  • the relevant order or course;
  • a description of the issue;
  • supporting information; and
  • the resolution requested.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to a court or other competent authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.
