Choosing the right ExamCure programme starts with identifying the correct location, purpose, authority, profession and exam pathway. The same profession can require different preparation depending on where you plan to work and whether your goal is professional licensing or residency entry.

UAE Professional Licensing

If you are applying for a healthcare professional licence in the UAE, first identify the authority responsible for your intended location.

Dubai — DHA

For professional licensing in Dubai, choose preparation specifically matched to the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and your professional title.

  • DHA General Practitioner preparation
  • DHA Pharmacist preparation
  • Other DHA profession-specific preparation where available

Abu Dhabi — DOH / HAAD

For professional licensing in Abu Dhabi, choose preparation matched to the Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH).

You may still see the older term HAAD in some product names and search results. HAAD was the former authority name used in Abu Dhabi.

  • DOH / HAAD General Practitioner preparation
  • DOH Pharmacist preparation

MOHAP

If your licensing pathway is through the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), choose MOHAP-specific preparation for your profession. DHA, DOH and MOHAP are different licensing pathways and should not be treated as interchangeable.

Residency Entrance Exams Are Different

EMREE

The Emirates Medical Residency Entrance Examination (EMREE) is a residency-entry examination. It should not automatically be recommended to someone who is simply looking for DHA, DOH or MOHAP professional licensing.

EPREE

The Emirates Pharmacy Residency Entry Examination (EPREE) is a pharmacy residency entrance examination, not the standard pharmacist licensing examination for Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

Abu Dhabi pharmacist licensing → DOH Pharmacist

Dubai pharmacist licensing → DHA Pharmacist

Pharmacy residency entrance → EPREE
