DHA GP Exam Results 2026: Pass/Fail, Sheryan Result, Retakes & What Happens Next

DHA does not publish a numerical CBT score to applicants. For Prometric assessments, the official licensing result is reported as Pass or Fail. This guide explains where that result appears, what happens after passing, what happens after failing, and how retakes fit into the DHA licensing pathway.

How are DHA GP Prometric results reported?

DHA states that assessment scores are not shared with applicants. Instead, the result is announced as Pass or Fail.

Where can you see the result?

DHA states that the result appears in the relevant licensing application, including Get Registered or Add/Upgrade Professional Registration. Prometric results can also be found in the Assessments page in the professional account.

Does DHA show a numerical score?

No. The current DHA CBT guideline says the applicant's score will not be shared. Candidates should not expect an official subject-by-subject score report.

What happens after you pass?

  1. Confirm the Pass result in Sheryan.
  2. Complete any remaining PSV/DataFlow requirements.
  3. Submit or complete Get Registered.
  4. Receive professional registration if approved.
  5. Have an eligible DHA-licensed facility activate the registration into a professional licence.

What happens if you fail?

DHA's current FAQ says there is no grace period before reapplying. A professional may apply again once the previous attempt is completed.

How many assessment attempts are allowed?

DHA's current service information states that the professional must pass the related assessment within three attempts across the Authorities. DHA's FAQ also states that applicants have only three attempts for each position.

Attempt rules have changed across older DHA manuals and FAQ versions. Do not rely on old wording that treats the rule as “three DHA attempts every year.” Check the current PQR and DHA service information before another booking.

Can you appeal a DHA assessment result?

DHA's current FAQ states that an applicant may submit an appeal letter within one month after receiving the result.
